Las chicas de Verity UK han hecho un calendario para concienciar sobre el SOP asi como para poder recoger dinero para su Asociacion. Las fotos son estupendas¡¡¡ Puedes mirarlas en esta direccion y si quieres puedes también comprarlas.

Si quereis participar en el foro esta es la dirección, cubre todos los temas sobre el SOP, para las que no buscan bebes, para los que lo buscan, para las que quieran hacer dieta y ejercicio, para las que entran en la menopausia,las adolescentes, o buscan terapias alternativas.

El proximo lunes 13 de Diciembre empieza la serie de televisión sobre el SOP que se emite en Estados Unidos, es un programa donde 12 mujeres con SOP se les educa para tener una calidad de vida mejor, aprendiendo a comer sano, hacer ejercicio, hasta tienen charlas de psicologia para afrontar mejor este sindrome. Espero que sirva, nos sea util y aprendamos mucho de ellas. Espero lo podamos ver en youtube, os aviso¡¡¡

Next Monday the 13th.December starts a new tv serie about PCOS in USA, is a programme with 12 women with PCOS who are reeducate to have a new better quality of life, learning to eat healthy, do exercise, psycological talks to better face this syndrome. I hope it will be useful and we learn a lot of from them.

Como anunciamos en facebook, el Doctor Hector Escobar Morreale se ha ofrecido a atender en el Hospital Ramon y Cajal de Madrid a mujeres afectadas con SOP, para poder pedir cita debeis contactar con:
elena.fernandezd@salud.madrid.org, atienden a mujeres de la zona de Madrid por encontrarse alli el Hospital pero podeis preguntar si atienden mujeres de otras zonas. También os paso un enlace de la investigación que llevan a cabo en el Ramon y Cajal sobre SOP.

As we announced in facebook, Doctor Hector Escobar Morreale has offered to attend in Hospital Ramon & Cajal in Madrid (Spain) to women affected by PCOS, to ask for an appoinment you must contact with:
elena.fernandezd@salud.madrid.org, they attend to ladies sited in Madrid but you can ask if they can attend to women from other Spanish places.  I also enclose a link of the research this doctor is doing in this Hospital regarding PCOS.
